Maximum efficiency
Thanks to the pipe-in-pipe system, cold water is initially introduced through side channels within the inlet pipe, thus avoiding direct contact with the water in the tank. Subsequently, the water is distributed 360° through 116 microholes, which ensure its uniform emission. This allows cold water to be heated immediately upon entering the tank, limiting its impact on the upper layer of hot water, without breaking the thermal stratification. The result is a 24% increase in
domestic hot water production.
Electrical safety is built directly into the structure of heat pump water heaters.
The Shock Proof system involves the use of special brass connectors, both inlet and outlet,
completely insulated from the tank. This configuration eliminates the need to install
additional dielectric connectors, because the structural insulation provides effective
protection against any accidental electrical discharge.
The wall-mounted models are equipped with a large micro-channel heat exchanger (condenser) wrapped directly on the domestic water tank. Each duct is composed of 18 microchannels of 1 mm thickness, a configuration that significantly increases the useful surface area for heat exchange, improving product efficiency by up to 30 percent.
The aluminum-titanium alloy from which they are made ensures excellent resistance to high
thermal stress and corrosion, helping to maintain performance over time.
The water heaters are also equipped with a 1.2 kW electrical resistance made of Incoloy superalloy enriched with Molybdenum: a combination of iron, nickel and chromium that is highly resistant to high temperatures, enhanced by a rare element such as Molybdenum that quadruples the protection against corrosive wear compared to standard solutions available on the market.
The digital control system enables complete management of the heat pump water heater, allowing the tank temperature to be displayed in real time and the desired set points to be set according to the selected operating mode.
Five operating modes are available: Automatic, ECO, ELEC, Quiet and Holiday.
In addition, it is possible to activate the sterilization function, which can be programmed on a daily
or weekly basis, and the Boost function.
The ECO mode allows the user to define up to three daily time slots in which the unit produces DHW, while the ELEC mode allows exclusive operation via electric heating element.
The Boost function simultaneously activates the heat pump and the heating element to ensure rapid heating of DHW. The Sterilization function can also be programmed with dedicated day and time by setting a specific set point.
Each mode or function is associated with a dedicated icon that appears on the main control screen when activated. The device is Smart Grid Ready: it can receive external signals (dry contacts) from third-party control systems to adjust set points or interrupt
production at time slots with higher energy cost.
Electricity consumption in kWh can also be monitored from the control panel, with weekly and monthly details.

Maximum efficiency
Underfloor models integrate a compressor with inverter technology, which can modulate the absorbed power according to the actual demand for domestic hot water production.
This system makes it possible to improve energy efficiency, avoiding waste and optimizing operation at every stage of use. To complete the configuration, DC fans ensure the reduction of electricity consumption, with estimated savings of 40% to 50% compared to AC fans. The integration of these two technologies ensures consistent high performance even in harsh environmental conditions, such as particularly cold outdoor temperatures or particularly high hot water set points.
To optimize heat exchange, the water heaters integrate a large micro-channel exchanger (condenser) that wraps around the lower part of the tank.
Each duct is divided into 18 micro-channels 1 mm thick, a configuration that amplifies the exchange surface area and allows an increase in efficiency of up to 30 percent.
The structure of the micro-channels is made of a special aluminum and titanium alloy to ensureb high resistance to both high temperatures and corrosion.
In the 200- and 250-liter models there is an additional heat exchanger as standard, designed for connection with auxiliary energy sources such as boilers or solar thermal systems, with a maximum flow temperature of 85 °C.
The underfloor water heaters employ a 1.5 kW electric heating element made of Incoloy superalloy, enriched with Molybdenum. Incoloy is an alloy composed of iron, nickel and chromium, known for its high resistance to high temperatures. Molybdenum is a rare metal that increases resistance against corrosion phenomena by up to 4 times compared to traditional solutions on the market.
