Tadiran Italia S.r.l., headquartered in Via Cal Piccole Snc, Montebelluna (TV), email privacy@tadiran.it, as the owner of the processing of your personal data (hereinafter “Owner”), issues this notice in compliance with the European and Italian regulations on the protection of personal data, in order to let you know the purposes and methods of processing of personal data that you may communicate while browsing this website (hereinafter “Site”).
Please note that this information is provided pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR“) refers only to the Site and not to websites of third parties, which may be reached by the User through links therein.

CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING, NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES IN CASE OF REFUSAL
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. Data voluntarily provided by the User
Sending electronic mail to the addresses listed on the Site – optional, explicit and voluntary – involves the subsequent acquisition of your e-mail address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any additional personal data you may have communicated.
The personal data you voluntarily provide may be processed for the following purposes:
- Management of your requests sent using the contacts in the section of the same name. The legal basis for the processing is the execution of pre-contractual and contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject. The provision of data is necessary to enable the Data Controller to provide feedback to your requests.
- Submission of an application, sent using the appropriate form. The legal basis for the processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject. The provision of data is optional and is necessary to enable the Data Controller to evaluate the application. Where it is not strictly necessary for the evaluation of the application, we encourage you not to provide special data as per Article 9 GDPR (e.g., health data).
- Registration to the restricted area carried out through the appropriate portal on the Site, the legal basis for processing is the execution of pre-contractual and contractual measures taken at the request of the interested party. The provision of data is necessary to enable the Data Controller to manage your registration.
- Sending the newsletter, sent to users who have registered on the Site, the legal basis for processing is consent. The provision of data is optional, but necessary to enable the Owner to send you the Owner’s newsletter.
- Static analysis on the use of Site services, the legal basis for processing is the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in the identification of interest profiles in aggregate form of the users of its Site. The provision of data is optional.

Apart from what is specified for navigation data and technical cookies, within the sections of the Site set up for particular services at your request you will be free to provide your personal data for the purposes set out in the respective notices, but failure to do so may make it impossible to obtain the requested service.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specifically:

The Data Controller will not disseminate the data, but intends to communicate them to internal figures authorized to process them by reason of their respective duties, as well as to external recipients to whom it may be necessary to communicate the data. These recipients, should they process data on behalf of the Controller, will be designated as data processors by appropriate contract or other legal act.
DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION
Your personal data may be transferred to countries located outside the European Union and the European Economic Area. Where it becomes necessary to transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), data transfers will be carried out in accordance with and within the limits provided by applicable law and, in particular, by Articles 44 ff. GDPR.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
As provided in Article 13 of the GDPR, the User at any time may:
- request from the Data Controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of the processing of data concerning him/her;
- object to the processing of personal data (on this point see the next paragraph);
- Exercise the right to data portability;
- Revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before revocation

RIGHT OF OBJECTION
Pursuant to Article 21 paras. 1 and 2 of the GDPR for processing that is based on legitimate interest, as well as for processing for promotional and newsletter sending purposes you are granted the right to object, which can be exercised by writing to privacy@tadiran.it.
To opt out of receiving email newsletters, you can also click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you receive and follow the appropriate procedure.
This policy may be subject to change, so we advise you to check the date of the last revision. Any changes will take effect from the date they are posted on the Site, but changes deemed most significant will be communicated to you where possible (for example, if you were subscribed to our newsletter service).
