Information on the processing of personal data
Tadiran Italia S.r.l., headquartered in Via Cal Piccole Snc, Montebelluna (TV), email privacy@tadiran.it , as the owner of the processing of personal data (hereinafter “Owner”), issues this notice, pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Reg. 679/2016 (hereinafter “GDPR“), to the Data Subject in compliance with the European and Italian regulations on the protection of personal data.
This statement supplements the privacy policy of our site in order to illustrate to the User how the Company will specifically process the data entered in this contact form: you are therefore invited to read our privacy policy.
Purpose and legal basis for processing
The Controller processes personal data for several purposes:
- responding to the Data Subject’s requests for information such as, for example, sending information about products or services (including sending the brochure, catalog and/or other company information material) or a quotation, the legal basis for the processing is theexecution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the Data Subject (Art. 6 letter b) GDPR);
- Send the Holder’s newsletter.
Period of data retention
The Holder intends to process data according to the following time criteria:
- if information is requested, the data will be processed for the time necessary to provide feedback; if a quote is requested, on the other hand, the data will be processed for a maximum time equal to twice the period of effectiveness of the proposal, subject to further storage for the time necessary for the settlement (however reached) of any disputes that may have arisen;
- for the purpose mentioned in point 2), the data will be processed for …, it remains without prejudice to the possibility of objecting at any time in the ways indicated in the appropriate section of this notice.
Nature of data provision and consequences in case of refusal
The provision of data for the Purposes mentioned in point 1) is necessary in order to forward the request for information and receive the relevant feedback: failure to provide such data, therefore, means that the Data Controller cannot provide the requested information.
The provision for the additional purposes is optional: without it, the Holder will not be able to carry out the corresponding activities but will still be legitimized to pursue the purposes mentioned in point 1).
Categories of recipients
The Data Controller will not disseminate the data, but intends to disclose them to internal figures authorized to process them by reason of their respective duties, as well as commercial agents, business information companies, consulting firms, business associations and/or organizations, professionals or service companies, and public and private entities, including as a result of inspections and audits. These recipients, should they process data on behalf of the Data Controller, will be appointed as data processors by appropriate contract or other legal act.
Data transfer to a third country and/or international organization
Your personal data may be transferred to countries located outside the European Union and the European Economic Area. Where it becomes necessary to transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), data transfers will be carried out in accordance with and within the limits provided by applicable law and, in particular, by Articles 44 ff. GDPR.

Rights of data subjects
As provided in Article 13 of the GDPR, the User at any time may:
- request from the Data Controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of the processing of data concerning him/her;
- object to the processing of personal data (on this point see the next paragraph);
- Exercise the right to data portability;
- revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given before revocation;

Right of opposition
Pursuant to Article 21 paras. 1 and 2 of the GDPR for processing based on legitimate interest, as well as for processing for promotional and newsletter sending purposes, you are granted the right to object, which can be exercised by writing to privacy@tadiran.it.
