It is expected that the GSE will adopt the application rules by February 25, 2026. <\/p><p>The MASE decree updates the pre-existing regulations in order to provide incentives for small-scale interventions to<strong>increase energy efficiency<\/strong> and <strong>thermal energy production from renewable sources.<\/strong> The changes introduced concern both the subjective and objective elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4b4fe64\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Compared with the 2016 Ministerial Decree, the subjective and objective scopes of applicability are broader.  <\/p><p>The intended <strong>beneficiaries<\/strong> are:<\/p><ul><li>public administrations<\/li><li>private entities<\/li><li>third sector entities<\/li><li>Collective self-consumption configurations and Renewable Energy Communities.<\/li><\/ul><p>The incentive can be accessed against executions:<\/p><ul><li>in the <strong>residential civil<\/strong> sector, of small-scale interventions of thermal energy production from renewable sources and high-efficiency systems;<\/li><li>in <strong>non-residential civil<\/strong>, thermal energy production interventions from renewable sources and energy efficiency interventions in buildings for the tertiary sector, i.e., all interventions eligible for the benefit of the Conto Termico 3.0.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-90cea47 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"90cea47\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Eligible interventions<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-079aad5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"079aad5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Eligible energy efficiency interventions for the purpose of accessing the incentive are extended to non-residential private buildings. Eligible interventions, compared to the 2016 regulations, include: <\/p><ul><li>The installation of solar photovoltaic systems and related storage systems<\/li><li>The installation of infrastructure elements for private charging of electric vehicles<\/li><\/ul><p>only if such interventions are carried out in conjunction with the <strong>replacement of existing winter air conditioning systems with winter air conditioning systems equipped with electric heat pumps.<\/strong><\/p><p> <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-88d4841 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"88d4841\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Annual budget and incentive amount<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0fefea8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0fefea8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The annual budget for the incentive is \u20ac900 million, of which: 400 earmarked for public administration, 500 for individuals, of which a maximum of \u20ac150 million for business and nonresidential.<\/p><p>The size of the incentive cannot exceed 65% of the expenses incurred. It reaches 100% only in the case of interventions carried out on: <\/p><ul><li>Public buildings in municipalities of up to 15,000 inhabitants<\/li><li>public schools<\/li><li>Hospitals and public health facilities, including residential, nursing, care or inpatient facilities.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bb14e75 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bb14e75\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Submission of application for access<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4c19719 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4c19719\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Individuals who have incurred eligible expenses are required to submit the application through the <a
