Tadiran Italia S.r.l., headquartered in Via Cal Piccole Snc, Montebelluna (TV), email privacy@tadiran.it,<\/a> as the owner of the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”), issues this notice to the interested party, pursuant to Art. 13 of Reg. EU 679\/2016 (hereinafter “GDPR<\/strong>“) in compliance with European and Italian data protection regulations.<\/p>\n

Purpose and legal basis for processing<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Data Controller processes personal data for purposes related or instrumental to the performance of personnel recruitment and selection activities: consent is not required because the processing is necessary for the pursuit of these purposes.<\/p>\n


<\/p>\n

Period of data retention<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Controller will process the data for a maximum period of 12 months, after which it will be destroyed or anonymized.<\/p>\n


<\/p>\n

Nature of data provision and consequences in case of refusal<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The provision of data is necessary and therefore refusal to provide it in whole or in part may result in the inability of the Owner to assess the candidate’s profile.<\/p>\n


<\/p>\n

Categories of recipients<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Holder will not disseminate the data, but intends to disclose it to internal figures authorized to process it because of their respective duties, as well as to agencies or companies involved in recruitment, professionals or service companies, labor consultants, and labor doctor.<\/p>\n

Such recipients, should they process data on behalf of the Data Controller, will be appointed as data controllers by appropriate contract or other legal act.<\/p>\n


<\/p>\n

Data transfer to a third country and\/or international organization<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Personal data will not be transferred either to non-European third countries or to international organizations.<\/p>


<\/p>\n

Rights of data subjects <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The data subject has the right to ask the Data Controller to access his or her personal data and to rectify them if inaccurate, to erase or restrict their processing if the conditions are met, to object to their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, as well as to obtain portability of personally provided data only if they are subject to automated processing based on consent or contract. The data subject also has the right to revoke the consent given for the processing purposes that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the time of revocation.<\/p>
